The Role
We're growing fast and looking for a technical Growth hire to join the Growth Team and own how we bring Boardy's story to market — and build the systems behind it.
This is a high-autonomy, builder-first growth role. You won't just run campaigns; you'll architect the infrastructure that powers them. Our tracking and data systems are not your average GTM setup - you'll need to understand them deeply, extend them, and build new automations on top of them. You'll own email campaigns and follow-up sequences, contribute to our social and outbound engine, be accountable for re-engaging dormant users, and ship your own tooling to make all of it faster and smarter. You'll work closely with the founding team with the freedom to move quickly, experiment, and take real ownership.

What You'll Do
- Own follow-up sequences and email campaigns end to end: strategy, copy, execution, and iteration
- Build and maintain growth automations and workflows (n8n) that connect our data, outbound, and reporting systems
- Work directly in our data stack (Supabase) to query, structure, and understand a robust tracking system spanning profiles, signals, and interactions
- Contribute to the outbound engine, including list building, enrichment, and campaign orchestration (Clay and other tools)
- Build internal tools and vibecoded projects (Cursor) to solve growth problems that don't have an off-the-shelf solution
- Lead the Boardy user retention project: monitor retention and churn signals, identify drop-off points, and run re-engagement campaigns
- Report on campaign performance and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks
What You Have
- 2-3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related GTM role
- Real technical/no-code chops: you're comfortable in Supabase, n8n, Clay, and Cursor, and you understand how complex data and tracking systems fit together - not just basic email sending
- Experience building vibecoded projects or software; you can ship something functional on your own
- An AI-native background, ideally from an early-stage startup
- Experience in marketplaces or network-effect products is a plus but not required
- Hands-on Clay experience (this is required)
- Strong copywriting instincts and marketing fundamentals - you have a second level of thinking when it comes to copy, optimizing for casual approachable messaging, minimal formalities
- A creative, ownership-driven mindset: you spot problems, take them on without being asked, and aren't afraid to build the fix - ask for forgiveness more than permission
- The ability to work cross-functionally and bring others along; you make the people around you sharper
