Job description

HireArt is helping our client hire a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Robot Coordinator to join its coordinators team.

This role is responsible for the deployment and overseeing operation of semi-autonomous delivery robots. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain fleet efficiency, and provide remote support in challenging situations.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to operational issues. We're looking for candidates who are punctual and have a high sense of accountability.

As a Delivery Robot Coordinator, you'll:
  • Deploy robots on schedule to meet delivery timelines.
  • Ensure an adequate number of robots are available for delivery.
  • Manage fleet operations, including monitoring battery levels and overall system efficiency.
  • Handle robots via remote control in difficult scenarios.
  • Support order fulfillment processes and ensure seamless coordination.
  • Respond to incoming reports related to robot performance and order issues.
  • Identify and report technical issues with robots.
  • Solving technical issues with robots using known workarounds.
  • Document and escalate order-related concerns as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the English language for effective communication with colleagues and support staff and for the comprehension of written documentation
  • Proficient map reading and navigation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to react quickly to operational challenges and troubleshoot effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of remote control operation and fleet management systems is a plus!

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in robotics and technology
  • Have a driving license/good understanding of traffic rules
  • Had worked at desk jobs, help desk, service desk, technical support, and software specialist/analyst
