  • Support the manufacturing team in validating and certifying production fixtures.
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and reports to support statistical process analysis.
  • Calibrate, inspect, and maintain CMM systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CMM or PCMM-related issues as they arise.
  • Ensure measurement traceability and compliance with the company's quality management systems.
  • Travel as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience with PCMM programming in Polyworks and hands-on use of Hexagon or Faro metrology tools
  • 5+ years of experience with DCC CMM programming in PCDMIS software and hands-on use of Hexagon or Faro metrology tools (Dual Arm CMM experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and applying GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5)
  • Experience creating and approving first article inspections and using related inspection tools
  • Strong ability to identify and correct inspection errors or nonconformances

Benefits:
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits

  • HireArt covers all costs for short and long term disability and life insurance
  • 401k package

Commitment: This is a full-time, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates who are local to the Hayward, CA area.
