About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

As Senior Manager, FP&A at Legora, you will play a central role in strengthening and scaling our financial planning capabilities as we grow globally.

You’ll join a high-performing finance team, deepening and professionalizing how we budget, forecast, model scenarios, and measure performance across revenue, opex, and headcount. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you’ll both improve existing foundations and build new structures as complexity increases.

Your work will shape capital allocation, hiring velocity, product investment, and international expansion. This role is about turning ambition into numbers we trust—then using those numbers to drive decisions. The quality of our planning and performance visibility will directly determine how efficiently and intelligently we scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Improve and run our company-wide budgeting and rolling forecast processes

  • Build and refine scalable financial models grounded in the true economic drivers of our business

  • Develop long-range planning and scenario frameworks to support strategic decisions

  • Shaping KPI structures and dashboards that make performance transparent across teams

  • Partner closely with leaders on pricing, hiring, product investments, and market expansion

  • Identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Drive automation and systems improvements across forecasting and reporting workflows

Who you are

You combine analytical depth with commercial instinct. You build structure, improve systems, and bring clarity to complex realities.

You thrive in fast-moving environments and work cross-functionally. You always push to understand why things happen, what they mean, and what should happen next.

You’re confident influencing stakeholders, making trade-offs clear, and raising the bar for financial rigor—while staying pragmatic and business-oriented.

Experience

  • Track record improving or scaling budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Advanced financial modeling skills

  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders

  • Keen analytical judgment and meticulous attention to detail

  • Clear communicator who moves numbers into action
