About the Role
We’re hiring a GTM Systems Manager to architect and build the foundation of our revenue systems.
This is not a Salesforce admin role.
You will act as our Salesforce Architect + hands-on builder, owning the design, implementation, and evolution of our entire GTM systems ecosystem — from Marketing to Sales to CS to Finance.
You’ll translate revenue strategy into scalable system architecture.
What You’ll Own
Salesforce Architecture
Own Salesforce Sales Cloud design and governance
Design scalable data models and automation
Build advanced Flows, validation rules, and approval logic
Manage permissions, role hierarchy, and security
Establish release management and best practices
Revenue Systems Ecosystem
Architect and manage integrations across:
Salesforce
CPQ & Billing (Nue)
Stripe
Gong
Marketing automation
CLM (future state)
Define system of record, data flows, and eliminate manual processes.
Revenue Process Enablement
Turn GTM strategy into system logic:
Lead routing & territory logic
Opportunity stages & forecasting framework
CPQ configuration & pricing structure
Contract → Billing → Revenue data flow
Expansion & lifecycle workflows
Who You Are
5–8+ years in Salesforce-heavy RevOps / GTM Systems roles
Deep Salesforce architecture experience (not just admin)
Strong data modeling and automation expertise
Experience implementing CPQ and billing integrations
Systems thinker who can design and build
Comfortable operating in high-growth environments
