About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
We’re now looking for an Onboarding & Growth Lead to design, drive, and execute the programs that build capability across Legora — with a strong operational focus on onboarding delivery.
This role will play a key part in shaping how people join, learn, and grow as we scale.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of structure and execution, focused on building the capabilities that enable people and teams to perform at their best.
You’ll own and run Legora’s onboarding experience end-to-end — both designing the structure and delivering bi-weekly onboarding sessions. Onboarding is a critical growth priority for us, and you’ll ensure every new joiner is set up for success from signing through ending their probation.
Over time, you’ll also support broader learning and development initiatives, such as manager enablement, functional learning, and other development programs based on evolving organizational needs.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining thinking and doing — building practical, scalable programs while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver them.
What You’ll Do
Own onboarding end-to-end — from signed offer through passing probation — ensuring a seamless experience that drives clarity, connection, and fast time-to-productivity.
Plan and deliver bi-weekly onboarding sessions, facilitating core company onboarding and ensuring high quality execution every cycle.
Continuously improve company-wide and function-specific onboarding in close partnership with leaders, using feedback and data to iterate as we scale.
Build and maintain practical onboarding resources, playbooks, templates, and toolkits that support both new joiners and hiring managers.
Support the development of scalable learning initiatives, including manager enablement and functional capability-building programs.
Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and help design pragmatic, right-sized development initiatives aligned with business needs.
Track and measure impact of onboarding and development efforts, ensuring programs remain relevant and effective.
Who You Are
You’re structured, hands-on, and energized by helping people succeed in fast-growing environments. You enjoy owning programs but are equally comfortable facilitating sessions and managing operational details.
We think you’ll excel in this role if you have:
Experience in learning & development, people development, organizational development, consulting, HR, or similar program-driven environments.
Experience designing and delivering onboarding or learning programs (even if not at a strategic leadership level).
Strong project management skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
Confidence facilitating sessions and engaging groups in a practical, down-to-earth way.
Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex topics simple and engaging.
A proactive, improvement-oriented mindset and comfort working in a scaling company.
