About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

The Role

As Operations Manager, Market Expansion, you will join a lean, high-impact Operations team and drive execution on Legora’s market expansion priorities. We believe in T-shaped competence, meaning while market expansion is your main priority, you will be asked to support where to grow a broad competence touching how the entire company operates. You will partner with Growth, Finance, Legal, People, Product, and Engineering to bring structure to complex launches, keep cross-functional work moving, and help new markets become repeatable and scalable.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead market expansion workstreams from planning through launch and early scale, partnering with finance and growth on the “why” and executing the “how” we enter.

  • Turn priorities into clear execution plans, including owners, milestones, risks, and success metrics

  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness, ensuring teams have what they need to launch well

  • Build lightweight playbooks and operating rhythms that make expansion repeatable

  • Identify blockers early and resolve them through hands-on problem solving with relevant teams

  • Create clear, decision-ready updates that help leaders move quickly and stay aligned

Who You Are

  • You have experience leading cross-functional projects in operations, business management, consulting, or a fast-growing environment (often 6+ years, or equivalent experience)

  • You build clarity in ambiguous situations and help teams move from discussion to delivery

  • You can manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines without creating unnecessary process

  • You communicate clearly and write well in English, with an ability to synthesize complexity into next steps

  • You work with care, accountability, and follow-through, and you build trust through reliability

  • You take a practical approach to solving problems and enjoy improving how work gets done

Why Legora

You will play a central role in shaping how AI is used inside a fast-growing global company, building systems that help Legora scale efficiently.

At Legora, Operations isn’t a support function — it’s a force multiplier.
