About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to help scale and improve our revenue operating model.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll focus on forecasting, revenue planning, performance analysis, and process design — helping ensure that growth is predictable, measurable, and operationally sound.

The right person is highly analytical, commercially minded, and thinks in terms of systems and data — not just reports.

What You’ll Do

Forecasting & Revenue Planning

  • Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes

  • Improve forecast accuracy and variance analysis

  • Build and maintain pipeline coverage and capacity models

  • Partner with Sales and Finance on quarterly and annual planning

  • Contribute to board and executive reporting

Revenue Performance Analysis

  • Analyze pipeline health, win rates, sales cycle length, and ACV trends

  • Identify drivers of performance across segments and regions

  • Develop KPI frameworks that link activity to outcomes

  • Surface insights that inform hiring, segmentation, and investment decisions

Data & Process Design

  • Help design scalable opportunity and pipeline processes

  • Ensure core revenue metrics are clearly defined and measurable

  • Improve data quality and reporting reliability

  • Partner with GTM Systems to translate business requirements into clean system workflows

  • Reduce reliance on manual reporting by strengthening underlying data structures

Experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) is important. Deep technical administration expertise is not required, but you should understand how CRM structure impacts reporting, forecasting, and operational discipline.

Strategic Projects

  • Support territory and quota modeling

  • Analyze ROI of GTM initiatives

  • Evaluate pricing and discounting trends

  • Contribute to cross-functional revenue improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, pipeline coverage, ramp productivity, retention, etc.)

  • Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills required

  • SQL is a plus

You should be:

  • Highly analytical and structured in your thinking

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented but commercially pragmatic

  • Able to move between strategy and execution

  • Naturally data-driven in how you approach problems

What's in it for you

In-person environment: Union Square NYC office designed for ambitious builders.

Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package:

Medical, Dental & Vision

  • Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente

  • HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection)

  • Dental plans via MetLife

  • Vision coverage through VSP Vision Care

Family Support

  • Generous parental leave

  • Free access to Maven Clinic

  • Dependent Care FSA

  • Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents

Additional Perks

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits

  • Life Insurance + STD/LTD

  • 401(K) with generous company match

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage through MetLife, pet savings programs, and more
