We’re looking for a GTM Engineer: part data analyst, part automation builder, part GTM strategist.

You’ll be the person who connects systems, cleans the data, automates the workflows, and turns noise into insights that drive growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of data, automation, and go-to-market strategy.

About Lilo

Lilo is rebuilding procurement for Commercial Real Estate using AI.

Hotels and CRE operators still manage procurement with emails, calls, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. Lilo replaces that chaos with a single AI-powered platform that automates purchasing, vendor management, invoice processing, and price optimization.

We work with major hotel management companies and staple hotel brands in the US, and we’re in an explosive growth path. Top performers have outsized impact and ownership.

What You’ll Do

Build clarity through data

  • Connect and clean CRM, marketing, and customer data (HubSpot-style stack).
  • Create dashboards and metrics that reveal what’s really happening in the funnel.

Automate what slows teams down

  • Design and launch automations in Zapier, n8n, or HubSpot workflows.
  • Build smart alerts (Slack, email, dashboards) to surface deal health, activity gaps, or pipeline risk.

Bring code vibes to GTM

  • Write light scripts (SQL / Python / JS) to transform or analyze data.
  • Prototype mini-tools that make Sales, Marketing, and CS more effective.

Be the translator

  • Bridge GTM, ops, and engineering — helping everyone speak the same data language.
  • Partner with leadership to make decisions grounded in data, not guesses.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, or technical growth/analytics roles (SaaS a plus).
  • Strong grasp of CRM logic and data models (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Experience building automations (Zapier, n8n, HubSpot workflows, or Make).
  • Solid analytics foundation (Experience with BI platforms like Tableau. SQL or Python is desirable)
  • You think in systems, love clean data, and can explain technical stuff simply.

Bonus Points

  • Experience integrating marketing or product usage data into CRM.
  • Background in API integrations or light web development.
  • Prior startup experience (you like building things that don’t exist yet).
